Belzile reassigned to Laval

The 30-year-old has played 11 games for the Canadiens this season

MONTREAL - The Canadiens announced on Tuesday that forward Alex Belzile has been reassigned to the AHL's Laval Rocket.

Belzile, 30, has played 11 games for the Canadiens this season. He has yet to record a point and has an even differential.
He's also played 16 games for the Rocket in 2021-22, notching four goals and adding seven assists for 11 points.
The Riviere-du-Loup native had been called up from Laval on December 19, and was reassigned to the Rocket after clearing waivers on Tuesday.
