MONTREAL - A day after the British Columbian contingent of Canadiens hit the ice in Brossard for the first time since the pause, nine more Habs joined their teammates for Phase 2 practices on Tuesday.

Three skating sessions were held at the Bell Sports Complex, with Phillip Danault, Xavier Ouellet, Jake Evans, Alex Belzile, Nick Suzuki, Victor Mete, Cale Fleury, Cayden Primeau, and Ryan Poehling taking part in the final practice of the day.

Group 1 included Carey Price, Michael McNiven, Paul Byron, Laurent Dauphin, Jonathan Drouin, and Charles Hudon, while Group 2 was made up of Brendan Gallagher, Shea Weber, Noah Juulsen, and Jordan Weal.

In total, 19 players have now taken part in on-ice trainings in Brossard through Phase 2 with more players expected to join this week ahead of a tentative July 13 start to training camp.
