ST. LOUIS - St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong announced today the Blues have assigned forward Austin Poganski to the team's American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate, the San Antonio Rampage.

Poganski, 23, was originally drafted by the Blues in the fourth round (No. 110 overall) of the 2014 NHL Draft. During his stint with the Blues, the 6-foot-2, 200-pound forward made his NHL debut on Dec. 10 in Buffalo.
Poganski has also appeared in 22 games with the Rampage this season, posting 13 points (two goals, 11 assists) and six penalty minutes.
Overall, the St. Cloud, Minnesota, native has spent the past three seasons in San Antonio, totaling 46 points (12 goals, 34 assists) and 18 penalty minutes.
