LUYPEN NAMED CHL STAR, SEATTLE PRODUCES

With the Tri-City Americans, Jalen Luypen produced a six-point night with his first hat trick of the season and three assists. With six points in the game, he earned the first star of the week in the CHL.

Over with the Seattle Thunderbirds, Colton Dach returned to the lineup after missing a few games due to injury. In his last three games, the forward produced four points (2G, 2A). In 23 matchups this season, the 2021 draft pick recorded 12 goals and 15 assists.
As for fellow teammate Kevin Korchinski, the defenseman accumulated five points (2G,3A) in his last three games. With 65 points (4G, 61A) through 67 games, the team named the 2022 first round pick as the defenseman of the year.
