Dallas Stars defense prospect Miro Heiskanen is playing again after missing the start of the season due to a concussion, and he looked impressive.

Heiskanen, the Dallas first-round pick (third overall) in the 2017 NHL Draft, played his first game for HIFK in Finland's top league on Thursday, logging 26:47 of ice time and registering six shots on goal. In Game 2 on Saturday, he tallied the winning goal, added one assist and had five shots on goal in 23:06 of ice time. His goal came early in the second when he took the puck from the right boards, weaved his way through the defense and roofed a shot from the bottom of the right circle to snap a 1-1 tie.

Heiskanen was injured in a Champions Hockey League game in early September. The injury forced him to miss the NHL Prospect Tournament in Traverse City and Dallas Stars training camp. He missed the first 11 games of HIFK's season.
