The Golden Knights, who have won two straight games, have an eight-point lead over the San Jose Sharks for first place in the Pacific Division. Subban will start in place of Marc-Andre Fleury, who missed the final two periods of a 4-1 win against the Vancouver Canucks on Tuesday with an undisclosed injury.
Subban is 11-3-1 with a 2.55 goals-against average. He made 22 saves against Vancouver in his first game since injuring his left middle finger on Feb. 8.
Martin Jones will make his 53rd start for the Sharks, who have scored 27 goals during a season-high, five-game winning streak. Jones is 10-3-1 with a 2.22 GAA in his past 14 starts.
