If you coming to a Sens pre-season game or the home opener you will notice a few adjustments to how fans can get into Canadian Tire Centre.
The first is that doors open is now 90 minutes before each game. While restaurants and will be open the venue will not be available to fans until 5:30 pm on game.
Additionally, we are encouraging fans to download the Senators App, creating a profile and linking their Ticketmaster account before coming to the game to make entry as seamless as possible.
As part of Ticketmaster’s ongoing efforts to enhance the safety and security of event tickets, an important mobile ticket update is coming for the start of the 2026-27 season. As a result of these security upgrades, barcodes can no longer be generated from the NHL App, or your mobile web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
Mobile barcodes will only be generated through the Sens app, or your mobile wallet.
Ticket holders can access and scan tickets directly through the “Manage My Tickets” section of the Sens App (please note, barcodes will display 48 hours before each game). Alternatively, tickets can also be added to your smartphone wallet by clicking the link that can be found on your game ticket in the Sens app or mobile web browser.
Downloading the Senators App also has more benefits beyond easy entry. The Sens App provides integrated ticket management, exclusive contests, team news, content, schedules, etc. Download the official Sens app and sign in using your ‘My Sens Account’ information to seamlessly access your tickets and enjoy ticket management.
