The Buffalo Sabres have loaned forward Brett Murray to the Rochester Americans, the team announced Wednesday. Forward Alex Tuch has been activated from injured reserve.
Murray, 25, was recalled Monday and made his season debut in Buffalo’s win over Arizona, skating 10:47 and tallying three hits. He has seven points (2+5) in 12 games with Rochester this season.
The Amerks play back-to-back road games against Hartford and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
