Meet the logo artist

Tiffany Evans

Tiffany Evans (@SunflowerStudio.jpg) grew up a queer person in the rural south, and the cross section of nature and humanity inspires everything she does. Her work prioritizes eco-friendly processes such as risograph printing my illustrations, and utilizing upcycled materials or eco-friendly screen printing for clothing whenever possible. When she makes art, its purpose is to make her happy, while hopefully making a few other people smile along the way. That remains her number one goal as a creator. Art should be a lighthearted escape from our daily troubles in this world.

Partnerships

You Can Play x Plays with Heart

The Nashville Predators are supporting the Play With Heart campaign through You Can Play, a national resource for inclusivity in sports. The Play With Heart campaign is more than just a t-shirt, sticker or magnet. It raises awareness that LGBTQ+ inclusion in sports is non-negotiable and PLAYING WITH HEART makes us all win! You Can Play invites athletes to wear this logo to send a bold, visible message of inclusion on the field. The gear also comes with a QR code linking to LGBTQ+ inclusion best practices, and resources for creating a welcoming sport environment. It's the world's only Pride swag that doubles as educational materials!

Tennessee Pride Chamber

The Nashville Predators have been involved with the TN Pride Chamber since 2017 and members since 2019. The TN Pride Chamber advances common business interests, economic growth, and equality in the workplace and society for its LGBTQ+ members, businesses, and allies by providing educational, networking, and community building opportunities. The chamber and Nashville Predators have collaborated on Pride Night annually to ensure SMASHVILLE is an inclusive place for all fans and patrons. The Predators have also hosted Brewing Up Business networking events for chamber members to meet and collaborate. The Nashville Predators were honored as TN Pride Chamber's Corporate Partner of the Year in 2023 and 2024.

Nashville & Franklin Pride Participation

The Nashville Predators are proud to annually participate in the Nashville Pride Parade & Festival each summer during Pride Month. Predators Captain, Roman Josi, front office staff, mascot GNASH and the DEI Network from Regions Bank joined the parade and supported the two-day festival.

The Franklin Pride Festival has also made its mark on Middle Tennessee and the Predators were pleased to join the festival for the first time in 2024. Learn more about both community celebrations via the links below.

Oasis Center - Just Us

The Nashville Predators Foundation and Oasis Center have a longstanding relationship. The Just Us program, a Helper Grant recipient from previous years, provides LGBTQ+ youth with a liberating space where they can be authentic and celebrate the fluidity of identity. The Predators are pleased to continue supporting this local nonprofit and sharing their resources with fans. Learn more at the button below.
