Crosby baby

Babies, dogs and a franchise icon randomly driving past -- just another day for the Pittsburgh Penguins handing out season tickets.

In what has become tradition, some members of the team -- including captain Sidney Crosby -- took to the streets to give out some season tickets to various Penguins fans.

Crosby met some fans who designed some unique gifts -- pillows using rookie photos of some Penguins, including Marc-Andre Fleury and Brandon Tanev.

The fans weren't the only hockey lovers Crosby saw, as cameras caught Hockey Hall of Famer and Penguins minority owner Mario Lemieux passing by the scene.

Forward Evgeni Malkin met a dog named Krosby and had a lot of fun with that, as he always does.

Later in the video, the fan revealed to Malkin he has a granddaughter named Crosby.

"Maybe I need to change my name," Malkin said to big laughs.

Defenseman Kris Letang also met up with some fans, including one with a very cool old school Penguins leather jacket.

While the Penguins players may be out on the ice and the fans are in the stands, they link they share in common is neither can wait for the season to start.
