Landeskogs scare Avalanche teammates before Halloween party

The Landeskogs had a spooky good time at the Colorado Avalanche Halloween party.

Gabriel Landeskog and his wife, Melissa, dressed as shrubs and jumped out at the Avalanche and their partners as they arrived at the team’s Halloween party.

The team posted a hilarious video of the couple’s shenanigans.

Of course, forward Nathan MacKinnon (dressed in scrubs) and goalie Scott Wedgewood (dressed as the Beast) did not flinch when their captain popped out at them.

Forward Parker Kelly, who dressed as teammate Brent Burns, had the best jump scare of all and let out a yelp.

At one point, one of the shrubs took a dance break as they awaited their next victims.

The Avalanche had to fright for their right to party.
