Hellebuyck stick mark

Connor Hellebuyck is holding onto a goalie stick for the ages.

The Team USA goaltender showed off an iconic piece of memorabilia on Wednesday’s episode of “Wingmen with Matthew and Brady Tkachuk,” grabbing his goalie stick from the gold medal run at the Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.

Hellebuyck says the stick has a puck mark on it, from the iconic save against Team Canada’s Devon Toews in that gold medal game.

Hellebuyck robs Toews

“I have it here,” Hellebuyck said on the podcast before going to grab the stick from his house. “Give me 20 seconds here.”

“I don’t believe there’s a mark on it,” host Matthew Tkachuk said.

But, sure enough, Hellebuyck grabbed the stick and showed the Tkachuk brothers where the puck hit.

“That is unbelievable,” said Brady Tkachuk.

“It’s like the Mona Lisa!” exclaimed Matthew.

We’ll leave it up to you to decide whether or not it’s actually the spot where the puck hit, but there's no denying it sure looks like it could be.
