The Lightning, who have already clinched the Presidents' Trophy, won 10 in a row from Feb. 9-27 and eight in a row from Nov. 29-Dec. 13. Tampa Bay is four wins from tying the NHL record for one season (Detroit, 62-13-7, 1995-96).
The Lightning are the second team in NHL history (Edmonton Oilers, 1983-84) with four separate winning streaks of seven games or better in the same season.
The Blues will attempt to gain ground in the Central Division. They are in third place, four points ahead of the Dallas Stars and four behind the Nashville Predators for second.
The Blues defeated the Lightning 1-0 in overtime on Feb. 7.
