The New York Ranges honored the late Ron Duguay with a pregame moment of silence before Monday’s matchup against the Los Angeles Kings at Madison Square Garden.
The former forward, who played 12 seasons in the NHL and eight with the Rangers, died Thursday at the age of 69.
Prior to puck drop, the team showed an array of photos of Duguay on the big screen as fans rose to their feet and gave the former forward an ovation after the moment of silence.
