Johnny Bower, Frank Mahovlich portraits unveiled

Color paintings of greats will be revealed on NHL.com every Monday in 2017 as part of Centennial Celebration

As part of the NHL Centennial Celebration, renowned Canadian artist Tony Harris will paint original portraits of each of the 100 Greatest NHL Players presented by Molson Canadian, as chosen by a Blue Ribbon panel. NHL.com will reveal two portraits each Monday in 2017.

This week, the portraits of goalie Johnny Bower, who won the Stanley Cup four times with the Toronto Maple Leafs, and Frank Mahovlich, who also won the Cup four times with the Maple Leafs, in addition to winning it twice with the Montreal Canadiens and playing with fellow 100 Greatest players Gordie Howe and Alex Delvecchio on "Production Line II" for the Detroit Red Wings, are being unveiled in the sixth installment.
