NEW YORK -- Winnipeg Jets defenseman Josh Morrissey has been fined $8,467.74, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for unsportsmanlike conduct against Washington Capitals forward T.J. Oshie during NHL Game No. 274 in Winnipeg on Wednesday, Nov. 14, the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced today.

The incident occurred at 18:35 of the third period. The money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
