Don't bring that weak stuff in Andrew Ladd's house, even if you live in his house.

The New York Islanders forward took a brief second out of his address to fans to emphatically reject a basketball shot by one of his three children.

When the Islanders shared the video on Twitter, they intercut Ladd's blocked shot with a famous clip of former NBA all-star Dikembe Mutombo turning back a shot attempt from Michael Jordan.

Ladd started the video on a serious note, saying he hoped everyone was staying safe during the coronavirus pandemic as his children played basketball on a mini hoop in the family yard in the background.

He introduced the three of them, Locklan, Andy and Walker, to viewers, but then just couldn't resist teeing up a shot attempt and rejecting it way to the other side of the yard.

We can only imagine the other two kids eventually caught the business end of some dad defense while the camera was not rolling.
