Wear San Jose sweaters at SAP Center concert

Drake's 'Summer Sixteen' Tour reached San Jose on Saturday, and he and rapper Future paid their respects to the defending Western Conference champions at their show.
Future and Drake each donned San Jose Sharks jerseys for their show at SAP Center. Drake's had forward Joel Ward's No. 42 on the back.

Sharks forward Logan Couture, who is representing Team Canada at the World Cup of Hockey 2016, took notice of Ward's high-profile fan and made sure to alert Ward of the occurrence.

Drake, the Toronto-born rapper, has worn NHL jerseys throughout his tour. He wore a Pittsburgh Penguins jersey at his Aug. 17 show in Pittsburgh, then sported a Tampa Bay Lightning sweater at his Amalie Arena show Aug. 27.
