Scheifele has missed five games with an upper-body injury sustained March 6. Lowry has missed 19 games with an upper-body injury sustained Feb. 1.
The Jets are in second place in the Central Division, 10 points behind the Nashville Predators and five points ahead of the Minnesota Wild. Connor Hellebuyck, who is 4-1-1 with a .943 save percentage in his past seven games, will start for Winnipeg.
Dallas is 0-2-2 on its six-game road trip and holds the second wild card into the Stanley Cup Playoffs from the Western Conference. They are tied with the Anaheim Ducks but hold the tiebreaker with two more regulation/overtime wins.
Ben Bishop will start for the Stars, who look to avoid a season-high fifth straight loss.
