Cech has mini makeshift hockey goalie practice center in his garage

Petr Cech is staying sharp.

Cech, the former soccer goalkeeper for Arsenal and Chelsea of the English Premier League who signed with the Guildford Phoenix of the National Ice Hockey League (second division of Great Britain) back in the fall, is fully committed to his new(er) craft.

Cech, who has retiained his position as Technical and Performance advisor to Chelsea while playing for the Phoenix, has set up his very own mini training facility in his garage so he can drill during the coronavirus pandemic. Chelsea shared a video of Cech doing some work on Friday.

Cech famously won his debut by

stopping two crucial penalty shots on his way to being named "Man of the Match."

He also rocked a

pretty impressive custom designed mask

which included England's Union Jack, Big Ben, the Tower of London and most notably a tribute to Hall of Fame NHL goalie and fellow Czech Dominik Hasek.
