Mike McKenna was claimed off waivers from the Vancouver Canucks on Friday, and if he plays, the Flyers would equal the mark held by the 1989-90 Quebec Nordiques, the 2002-03 St. Louis Blues and the 2007-08 Los Angeles Kings.
The Flyers have lost five straight games (0-4-1).
Flames goalie David Rittich, who has missed the past two games with a lower-body injury, practiced Friday and could start.
