Foligno Atkinson

When you carpool to work, you get to know your co-workers, or in this case teammates, much better.

During this carpool with Nick Foligno, we found out that Columbus Blue Jackets forward Cam Atkinson used to be a rapper.
Yes, you read that right.
"Why don't you put on your rap song from when you were a kid?" Foligno asks a surprised Atkinson while taking a driving tour of Columbus. "I'm still waiting to hear that. Please drop a line."

"In case you guys didn't know, Cam was a gangsta rapper back in the day," Foligno says in the video.
"Still am," the Connecticut-born Atkinson says without missing a beat.
The teammates talk about other things too, like the team's 16-game winning streak from earlier this season and the comedy stylings of defenseman Markus Nutivaara.
Speaking of "Nuti" as they call him, the pair picks up their Finnish teammate to add to the discussion late in the video. Spoiler: He doesn't add much to the proceedings.
