Hertl, the San Jose Sharks forward,
famously donned a Bieber mask
to take on St. Louis Blues goalie Jordan Binnington during the Save Streak event at the 2020 NHL All-Star Skills competition.
While Binnington stopped the Bieber impostor, the real Bieber isn't about to let it go. The pair, if you were unaware, currently have
a penalty shot challenge in the works
after some social media smack talk.
On Thursday, the pop superstar posted two videos to Instagram showcasing his surprisingly good stick-handling ability. He tagged the goalie in the post and captioned one "i got filthy mits it's not lookin good for you."

Binnington replied to one of the videos "Hands are looking smooth. Keep your head up, I'm poke checking you on shots 2,5 and 7."

Bieber, for what it's worth, was training with a ball on a carpet; it's quite a different game out on the ice.
