Rick Tocchet has been getting his exercise in while the NHL is on pause due to concerns about the coronavirus. But the Arizona Coyotes coach didn't fare too well when he went roller skating on Thursday.

"I went down hard today," Tocchet told Fox Sports 910 Phoenix on Thursday. "The pictures don't do it justice."
The pictures Tocchet are referring to are the ones he posted on Twitter after his fall. "This is when you get cocky rollerblading," he said in the post.

Tocchet said he had been roller skating for the past 10 days and getting some good workouts in. But Thursday wasn't his healthiest outing.
"The body's scraped up pretty good," said the former NHL forward, who told the radio station he didn't wear his protective gear before skating. "I had no knee pads, just shorts and a T-shirt. Not the smartest thing. For kids out there, just make sure you wear your protective gear. It hurts, I gotta tell you."
Tocchet was asked what Coyotes players are doing to stay in shape during the pause.
"I think a few have a shooting gallery in garages, shooting pucks, things like that," he said. "Guys working out in their own, being safe on their own, are shooting pucks. You have to; with our sport, you should do a lot of stick skills, shots, things like that. I haven't heard of anyone roller-blading."
