Here are this week's updates on Islander prospects:

Maggio was involved in all three goals in a 3-2 Spitfires overtime win over the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds on Oct. 10, breaking a 1-1 tie early in the third period with a goal, and earning a primary assist on the game-winner. He was named first star of the game.

Maggio tallied two more assists in a 6-3 win over the Sarnia Sting on Friday, and scored two goals, including the tying goal to force overtime, in an eventual 5-4 loss to the Owen Sound Attack on Saturday.
Maggio currently leads the Windsor Spitfires in scoring with eight points (4G, 4A) despite only playing in four of their six games, and the Spitfires sit in first in the OHL Western Conference standings.
Maggio was named OHL Player of the Week for his league leading seven points across the three games.


BERG LIGHTS THE LAMP

Cameron Berg scored a goal and tallied three assists in Omaha's weekend series against Lake Superior State, helping the team rally back from a four-goal deficit Saturday to tie the Lakers.
Berg's goal came on the power play in the second period, cutting the deficit to one goal. He also earned the primary assist on the game-tying goal in the third period.
Berg also tallied two assists in Omaha's 3-1 win over Lake Superior State on Friday. Omaha's record currently sits at 1-2-1.


LENNOX POSTS BEST START OF SEASON

Tristan Lennox stopped 29 of 30 shots in a 6-1 Saginaw Spirit win over the Guelph Storm on Friday, posting a .967 save percentage, his best mark in a single game so far this season. Lennox has a 4-0-0 record in five appearances so far this season.
The Saginaw Spirit sit in second in the OHL Western Conference standings.
