GAME NOTES
The most popular New York Islander at NYCB LIVE on Saturday night may actually be the building itself.
It's been three years and 270 consecutive games since the Islanders played a regular season game at Nassau Coliseum, but that changes Saturday, as the Isles return to their original home.

It'll be an event, one that both the players and fans are looking forward to. It's fitting that the Islanders reopen the Coliseum against the Columbus Blue Jackets, their opponent for the last regular season game on April 11, 2015.
NYCB LIVE - as it's been re-named and re-furbished - will host 21 Isles regular season games this year, with more expected in the lead-up to the team's move to Belmont in 2021. In the meantime, the Coliseum games should enjoyed by fans and players alike, as they get more chances to make memories in the Islanders original home.
