Vegas Golden Knights To Host Hockey Fights Cancer Night On November 21

VEGAS (November 8, 2019) - Vegas Golden Knights President Kerry Bubolz announced today, November 8, that the team will host its annual Hockey Fights Cancer Night on Thursday, November 21, when the Golden Knights face the San Jose Sharks at 7 p.m. PT at T-Mobile Arena.
Hockey Fights Cancer is a league-wide initiative uniting the hockey community in support of cancer patients and their families. Each season, every NHL team hosts a Hockey Fights Cancer Night benefitting various organizations and support initiatives. Shea Theodore, who is a survivor of testicular cancer, will serve as the Golden Knights Hockey Fights Cancer spokesperson this season.

The Golden Knights will wear specialty Hockey Fights Cancer lavender jerseys during warmups that will be signed and auctioned that night. All proceeds from the jersey auction will benefit organizations that help with early detection and/or with screening for those who can't afford it on behalf of Theodore.
During the game, the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation will present a $75,000 check to pediatric cancer organizations alongside children from the Candlelighters organization. The children will be hosted at the game by Alex Tuch.
The game will be presented by The Valley Health System. In partnership with The Valley Health System, every fan at the game will receive a lavender beanie giveaway upon entering the building. There will also be "I Fight For" signs on the concourse for fans to fill out.
