Though the Vegas Golden Knights can't bank preseason wins and use them toward regular season success, individual players have been effective in using the tune-up contests to get themselves ready for the season.
Before the team dives into its final three preseason games, take a look at some of the numbers behind the Golden Knights' 4-0 record in exhibition play.
6 - Total points accrued by players named "Cody" on the Golden Knights roster. Cody Glass (3A) and Cody Eakin (1G, 2A) have both clicked at a point-per-game pace in their three respective appearances. Six also represents Brayden McNabb's league-leading plus-minus rating as he's been on the ice for six Vegas goals and zero goals against.

7 - Number of points NHL preseason scoring leader Max Pacioretty (4G, 3A) has accumulated in just two games. Seven points have also been collected by VGK players who have yet to play in an NHL regular season game. Glass leads that charge with three assists while Dylan Coghlan (1A), Nic Hague (1G), Jake Leschyshyn (1A) and Keegan Kolesar (1A) have each found the scoresheet.
12 - The Golden Knights have outscored opponents by a margin of 12 goals during the preseason (17-5).
94.4 - Vegas' percentage on the penalty kill during the preseason. While teams don't always dress their offensive stars for each preseason game, the players selected for the power play are no slouches. Allowing just one power-play goal in four games is a stat to acknowledge.
17,767 - The attendance for the Golden Knights preseason opener against the Coyotes. Vegas expects similar crowds for its final three exhibition home games.
