Below, you'll find answers to some of the most immediate questions we know you have.

I have tickets for a postponed game. What do I do?

At this time, all fans should hold their tickets. They will be valid when games are rescheduled.

What if games are cancelled or played with no fans present?

Tickets for cancelled games or games played with no fans present will be eligible for credits and/or refunds. As additional updates regarding any potential cancellations become available, we will promptly communicate them.

Does this affect other Flyers events?

Effective immediately, all Philadelphia Flyers events will be paused until play resumes for the NHL season. This includes Inside Edge Member Events, Watch Parties, and online and in-person relocation events, among others. Information on new dates and times will be communicated once it is confirmed.

How does this affect 2020-21 Inside Edge Membership payments?

All members now have the option to defer their scheduled April 6 and May 4, 2020 payments for their 2020-2021 Inside edge memberships.

If you would like to defer your April and May payments, please contact your Account Manager. If you do not wish to defer your April and May payments, you do not need to do anything at this time - your scheduled payments will be processed as planned. Should you have additional questions how this affects your specific bill plan, please reach out to your Account Manager.

I'm an Inside Edge Member. How does this affect my playoff renewal?

We understand that your initially-scheduled deadline has passed. Please know that once a determination is made regarding the 2020 playoff structure and timing, we will allow all members the opportunity to revisit their playoff purchase decision, should your plans change.

I have a reserved parking pass. What happens to that?

Reserved parking passes will be treated the same way as game tickets at this time.
