Join the Philadelphia Flyers Ice Team!
The Philadelphia Flyers are hosting auditions for their 2025-26 Ice Team.
We are seeking energetic candidates with a love for the game of hockey in both skating and non-skating roles. The audition process consists of interviews, and skating drills or dance routines, based on which role the candidate is auditioning for. Please dress in athletic attire and if auditioning for a skating role, please bring your own pair of skates.
Interested candidates must be 18 years of age, have a positive and outgoing personality, possess strong interpersonal skills, have a flexible schedule that can accommodate 2025-26 Flyers home games, and have a solid means of transportation.
Audition Schedule:
Ice Team Pre-Audition Workshop
Date: Tuesday, July 8th
Time: 6pm-8pm | Check in will start at 5:30pm
Location: Wells Fargo Center, 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19148
Description: The pre-audition workshop will be an advanced look into what auditions will entail. There will be a Q&A with Ice Team Alumni and Ice Team Coach, tips on audition attire, hair and make-up, as well as learning a combination similar to the dance style asked of at auditions. The pre-audition workshop will be tailored more towards the dancer role but everyone is welcome to attend.
Skaters Ice Team Auditions
Date: Wednesday, July 9th
Time: 7:15pm-8pm | Check in will start at 6:45pm
Location: Flyers Training Center, 601 Laurel Oak Road, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043
Description: For applicants who are auditioning for the Skater position on the Ice Team. The audition will consist of a skating skill evaluation (forward skating, backward skating, stopping, forward cross-overs in a circle, backward cross overs in a circle, etc.) and short introductions. Applicants must bring their own skates. Skaters who make it through auditions will have individual interviews at a later date. Any skaters also interested in the dancer role may sign up for both auditions.
Dancers Ice Team Auditions
Date: Saturday, July 26th
Time: 12pm-6pm | Check in will start at 11am
Location: Wells Fargo Center, 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19148
Description: For applicants who are auditioning for the Dancer position on the Ice Team. The audition will include learning a short dance routine, personal introductions and individual interviews.
Cost: $50 per applicant. Each applicant will be able to choose one or all events based on interest and skill but only charged one registration fee.

The Flyers Ice Team are an integral part of the Flyers game-night experience, creating the important home ice advantage by hyping the crowd, interacting with fans, assisting with ice maintenance, and in-game promotions. The Ice Team also serve as ambassadors for the team off the ice, making several community appearances at schools, hospitals, charity events, and more throughout the season.
