TYLER TOFFOLI ON CROWD CHANTING HIS NAME:

ON HIS GOAL:

"Honestly, I almost fell. I'll take the goal and obviously Johnny made a really good play. I'll take it."

ON SUCCESS OF HIS LINE:

"We had a good game, had some good opportunities the whole night. Mony had a couple really good chances and hopefully we just keep building. Looking forward to tomorrow, a division game, and I'm looking forward to playing Anaheim again."

"It was obviously pretty cool"

DILLON DUBE ON HIS GOAL:

"I was looking to pass. Mang has (had) the hot hand all year, so I wanted to give him the puck. I'll take my chances giving him the puck. But the guy took away the lane, I shot it and it went in. Our line was playing (well), to build that and the momentum was going strong, so it was good to get that."

ON HOT START:

"I think we were good right from the start. It was a lot of fun. It gave Mony and I some energy to have Toff on the line and we had to be good for him. I thought we got off to a good start, first shift."

DAN VLADAR ON CROWD CHANTING TOFFOLI'S NAME:

"As a player, you get goosebumps, even though it's not your name. He's a great player. I saw him at the morning skate, he scored a couple times on me and I was like, 'Wow, this guy's got a good shot.' It's going to help him right away that he scored in the first game and the whole team is just super excited that we got him."

ON HIS FIRST HOME WIN:

"Obviously, it's great, you know? That's my role, to be ready every single time when the coaches decide when I'm playing, and I was really happy and I'm still really happy that I got a W and guys were playing really great in front of me. Obviously, it's not easy when you step in after five weeks, so the first couple minutes, you're sloppy. You guys can tell, right, my puck play at the beginning? Then, as the game moves on, you start to feel a little bit better. And as I said, guys were just unreal in front of me.
"I think we're red-hot right now. Everybody's playing really well and all the lines are rolling. It's not that we're just one line, every line can score. Guys are just great in the D zone, cleaning pucks and making me see all the pucks, too. It's great to step out there in front of our fans - they were really loud tonight and we really appreciate that they're coming even with all the restrictions. It's great. We're having a lot of fun this month. ... It's great that we can be at home and we're really enjoying it."

"Our team is just playing so well right now and it's a privilege to play behind them."

"It's my role to be ready every single time"

DARRYL SUTTER'S THOUGHTS ON THE GAME:

"I think it's important against a young team like that. I think they'd won four in a row on the road and played really well since the last time we played them, actually. Was important to try and come out and play our game and score the first goal. Similar to the last game we played against them, quite honest. We scored goals at pivotal times. The first goal, that short-handed goal at the end of the second, was important."

Coach on big win, Toffoli scoring, and more

ON TOFFOLI/CROWD CHANT:

"They know he's a good player. I've said that about our fans. They're real fans. They don't have to do anything that's social-media wise. They get it. I said I'd manage his game and he'd manage his, and that's what he did."
