While the China group already has one game under its belt, the Calgary squad will get its first look of the preseason tonight when the Flames entertain the Edmonton Oilers at the Scotiabank Saddledome.
The game starts at 7 p.m. and you can watch it live on Twitter, Facebook, and right here on CalgaryFlames.com.
Here are three players to keep an eye on:

DILLON DUBE

Overheard in the press box, after Dillon Dube put the finishing touches on a ridiculous, no-look setup to linemate Dmitry Zavgorodniy:
"He's too good for this level."
Indeed, if last week's rookie games were any indication, that synopsis is spot-on.
Dube is looking to lock down a spot with the Flames, and after recording multi-point efforts in each of the two games against the Oilers prospects, he looks poised to make an impression during the NHL preseason.
Dube will centre a line with Kerby Rychel and Buddy Robinson in this one - his third set of wingers in three games.
So far, it seems no matter who this talented pivot plays with, things happen.
"A rising tide lifts all boats," Cail MacLean, the head coach with the Stockton Heat, said following Wednesday's victory.

BRETT POLLOCK

Brett Pollock was flying under the radar at the outset of Rookie Camp, but a pair of impressive outings against the Oilers prospects last week changed that in a hurry.
The 22-year-old had three goals in the two-game set, and with that shot of his, was a threat every time he took to the ice.
Pollock was the triggerman on the top powerplay unit in Sunday's practice, ripping shots from the hash marks on beautiful setups from Mangiapane, Foo, Alan Quine and Oliver Kylington.
He will play on a line with Tyler Graovac and Matthew Philips tonight.

BUDDY ROBINSON

Look up. Waaay up.
This newcomer is impossible to miss.
The 6-foot-6, 230-lb. Buddy Robinson is one of the more intriguing veterans of the Calgary-based group. Robinson, a six-year pro, is coming off an outstanding season with the Manitoba Moose of the American Hockey League, setting career highs with 25 goals and 53 points in 74 regular-season games.
The Jersey native is unlike most players of his ilk. Despite being one of the biggest players on the ice, he's also one of the fastest. Robinson loves to carry the puck and gather speed through the neutral zone, drive wide and make a play off the rush. When that isn't available, he loves to chip it deep, work the puck down low, showcase that trademark strength and ability to push off defenders, and drive it to the blue paint.
