The Calgary Flames announced their home opener for the 2018-19 NHL season where they will host their divisional rival Vancouver Canucks on Saturday, October 6th at the Scotiabank Saddledome. This will be the ninth time the Flames have opened up their home schedule against Vancouver and the first since 2015-16.
The Flames will open the season on the road for the Vancouver Canucks home opener on Wednesday, October 3rd at Rogers Arena.
The National Hockey League will release the complete 2018-19 regular season schedule on Thursday, June 21st at 3:00 PM MT.
