The Ducks' streak began with a homestand sweep at Honda Center that saw wins over Montreal, Arizona, New Jersey and St. Louis. Anaheim outscored its opponents 15-4 in those games.
After not facing off for the better part of two years, the Ducks and Canucks renew acquiantances for the second time in six days. The Ducks
earned a 3-2 overtime win
over the Canucks at Rogers Arena Tuesday. Troy Terry scored twice, then extending his point streak to 11 games, and John Gibson made 41 saves, including two spectacular stops in overtime to earn the Ducks an extra standings point.

Terry extends point streak in 3-2 OT win over Canucks

Terry's streak now sits at 13 games, tied with Connor McDavid for the longest in the NHL this season. The 24-year-old winger is the first Duck with a 13-game run since Ryan Getzlaf's 14 straight in 2013 and now sits only behind Getzlaf, Teemu Selanne (1999) and Corey Perry (2009). Terry registered three points in Anaheim's win in Seattle on Sunday.
Also posting a three-point performance in Seattle, Getzlaf now sits at 997 career points, just three from becoming the first player to record 1,000 as a Duck. Anaheim's captain has 15 points (1-14=15) in 15 games this season. Getzlaf already
became Anaheim's all-time leading scorer
earlier this season.
The Canucks visit Anaheim still looking to get back on track after a rocky start to the season. Vancouver is 5-8-2 on the season and sits seventh in the Pacific Division.
Vancouver has struggled against Anaheim in recent seasons, with just a 2-6-2 record in their last 10 games against the Ducks and a 1-2-2 mark in the last five meetings.
Tonight's game represents the halfway mark of a four-game season series for the Ducks and Canucks, with a Southern California rematch scheduled for Dec. 29 at Honda Center.
