Heading into the home stretch of the regular season, the Ducks embark on a crucial five-game road trip this week, with stops in Chicago, Nashville, New York (x2) and New Jersey. The trek sends Anaheim to some familiar arenas for the first time in more than two years and offers the Ducks a chance to climb their way back into the Western Conference playoff race.
The Ducks hit the road currently 11-11-5 away from home ice, but the team has showed the ability to persevere through long road trips, most notably a 3-1-1 run in January. Anaheim is currently fifth in the Pacific Division, three points out of a wild card spot.
Here's a closer look at the Ducks' 5,354-mile journey.
