The New Jersey Devils have unveiled details for the team's new second-screen experience for all 2020-21 home games. The experience will feature more than three hours of live content and original programming, notable sports betting lines and insights, live performances and interviews, interactive games, and more.

Second Screen Experience and Game Day Highlights:

"Coming off of a tremendously engaging digitally-focused off-season, we are thrilled to bring Devils' fans the second screen experience," said Jillian Frechette, Senior Vice President, Marketing, New Jersey Devils. "We sought to answer the question of augmenting the animation, energy, and thunderous volume of Prudential Center's 30-million-pixel scoreboard, the largest in-arena Scoreboard in the world. The Devils second screen experience will transport fans at home back into Prudential Center alongside all of the nail-biting action on MSG Networks."
The Devils new second screen initiative comes on the heels of the two-hour Virtual Face-Off Fest, Presented by Enterprise, which saw over 65K views and included more than 20 original and live interviews. Over the course of the 2020-21 NHL Draft, the Devils hosted the Devils Draft Party, Presented by Investors Bank, which garnered close to 15K views and included 15 live guests.
This brand-new experience will serve as a complement to the live broadcast on MSG Networks. Fans are encouraged to watch the Devils in action on MSG Networks and have their cell phones or laptops open to the brand-new second screen show to participate in engaging poll questions, interactive games and live reaction prompts.
The Devils second-screen experience is powered by XEO, an intuitive platform empowering a new era of online audience engagement. XEO is driven by Xcite-Interactive, an interactive gaming studio bringing multi-dimensional talent to the world of Fan Engagement, Sports Presentation, and Event Production. The Devils and Xcite have been partners since 2016, teaming up on several interactive games for fans to play on their mobile device in arena.
