The New Jersey Devils announced today that goaltender Jakub Malek has been returned to the Utica Comets. Malek had been up with the Devils for the last two practices as per the NHL Olympic guidelines.
In addition, the club has also recalled forward Dylan Wendt from the American Hockey League and will join the Devils as a practice player over the weekend, as the club awaits the return of its players from the Olympics.
The Comets play Friday night at Hartford.
