The Devils had 13 different players record a point in the win, led by Andreas Johnsson (1G-2A) and Ryan Graves (3A). Nathan Bastian tied a career high with two goals and Graves' three assists set a new career high.
Captain Nico Hischier enters the game riding a four-game point streak with two goals and four points. He hast 11 points (6G-5A) in his last 12 games played dating to Dec. 3, 2021. Jesper Bratt, who scored against the Hurricanes, paces the team in goals (11), assists (23) and points (34).
Kings team scope:
The Kings are currently riding a rare losing streak, right now at three games after dropping games to San Jose, 6-2, Tampa Bay, 6-4, and Colorado, 4-1. Prior to that losing skid, Los Angeles rattled off four straight wins.
The ageless Anze Kopitar - actually 34 - leads the team in assists (23) and points (36). He's followed by Alex Iafallo (25), Viktor Arvidsson (24) and Adrian Kempe (24). Kempe has a team-best 17 goals. Meanwhile, Iafallo (11) and Danault (10) each have double digits in goals.
By the Numbers:
