Joey Anderson spoke prior to today's game against the Kings about facing off against his brother Mikey, now hours away.
He had first learned that he would be squaring off head-to-head in his brother's first career NHL game on Thursday prior to taking the ice for the Devils in San Jose.
"I wasn't with my family but I can imagine there was a lot of crying from the girls and all. I get more excited for him than when I do stuff," Joey Anderson beamed. "It was pretty hard to focus up for that game in San Jose but this will be super fun. We're both professionals and it's going to be hockey out there. We'll look at it after and reflect."
