The Devils lost in San Jose Monday night, 4-0. Here's what we learned:
1) Despite what the score might indicate, Keith Kinkaid was the best Devil on the ice Monday and earned high praise after the game from head coach John Hynes for his effort and intensity. He had 83 pucks fired in his direction, including 15 that missed and 27 that were blocked. His 37 saves were a season-high.
