MONTREAL - The Canadiens announced Wednesday morning that defenseman Kaiden Guhle underwent a minor surgery to his adductor muscle this summer. He is expected to return in four to five weeks.
The blue-liner posted nine points (2G, 9A) and a plus-5 differential in 39 games with the Canadiens in 2025-26. Guhle also appeared in 19 playoff games, during which he totaled eight assists.
The Canadiens open the regular season against the Toronto Maple Leafs on September 29.
