Canadiens assign Cayden Primeau to Laval

The goaltender made 24 saves against the Flyers on Tuesday

PHILADELPHIA - The Canadiens announced that Cayden Primeau has been assigned to the AHL's Laval Rocket following Tuesday's game against the Flyers.

The 23-year-old goaltender was recalled on Monday and faced the Flyers the following day. He made 24 saves on 26 shots in a 3-2 loss at Wells Fargo Center.
