BOSTON BRUINS FOUNDATION AND TD BANK TEAM UP TO ANNOUNCE LARGEST 50/50 JACKPOT EVER TO BENEFIT SPECIAL OLYMPICS MASSACHUSETTS: The 50/50 raffle presented by TD Bank on Opening Day on Monday, October 8 vs. the Ottawa Senators at 1:00 p.m. will be the largest jackpot to date, with the jackpot minimum set at $250,000, which will guarantee the winner a minimum of $125,000. BOSTON BRUINS OPENING DAY FAN FEST PRESENTED BY TD BANK: Celebrate the start of the 2018-19 season with the Boston Bruins at Opening Day Fan Fest Presented by TD Bank on Monday, October 8. Come to Canal St. between Causeway St. and New Chardon Way before the Bruins first home game of the season for activities, games, prizes, music, and more. OPENING DAY WITH JETBLUE: JetBlue is joining in on the Opening Day festivities by celebrating with customers and crew members at Boston Logan International Airport on Monday, October 8. Throughout the day, airport crew members will make special announcements to waiting customers and they will be invited to participate in Bruins trivia for the chance with win prizes, including tickets to a future Bruins game. All customers boarding one lucky flight will be outfitted in Bruins t-shirts as a fun way to show support for the team. HOCKEY FIGHTS CANCER PRESENTED BY LAHEY HEALTH: The Boston Bruins will be hosting their annual Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by Lahey Health on Thursday, October 25 vs. the Philadelphia Flyers. WATCH A BOSTON BRUINS ALMUNI GAME: The Boston Bruins Alumni return to the ice on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at 1 p.m. at the New England Sports Village in Attleboro, MA against the M&M's. The game will benefit the Aplastic Anemia/MDS Michael Fernandes Research Grant and the Myles Owen Brastow Scholarship Fund. Ticket are $10 and are available at the door. Michael Fernandes lost his life to bone marrow failure at the age of 31. Both his mother and younger brother also lost their lives to bone marrow disease. Myles Owen Brastow was tragically killed in an accident on his way to school. He was 17, a senior at Attleboro High and member of the AHS Hockey team.
