THIS WEEK'S NEWS, NOTES AND NUMBERS…
STAT OF THE WEEK: David Pastrnak's six-point performance in Game 2 made him just the third Bruin all time to record six points in a playoff game and the first since Rick Middleton in 1983. At 21, 324 days old, Pastrnak became the youngest player in NHL history to accomplish the feat, passing Wayne Gretzky, who was 22 years, 81 days old when he did so in 1983. He also tied the NHL record for the most points through his team's first two games of a postseason, with nine (4 goals, 5 assists). In total, Pastrnak has notched four goals and seven assists this series heading into Saturday's game vs. Toronto.
QUOTE OF THE WEEK:"Coaches talk to me every day through the whole season, and especially playing with Bergy and Marchy - these guys know what it takes. To be honest, I wish every young guy in the league - obviously, in the league, there are a lot of good players - I wish every young guy got to play with these two players. Take the lessons, what they have for you. For me, it's just about listening to them, and I learned a lot, especially this year." -David Pastrnak
TWEET OF THE WEEK (WEEK 32):@GlobeKPD (Kevin Dupont, Boston Globe): The Leafs have about 8 hours to convince Canadian Customs to deny Pastrnak free passage over the border. If the border is a blue line, good luck.

HONORABLE MENTIONS:
@FlutoShinzawa (Fluto Shinzawa, The Athletic): I would like a cup of whatever coffee Kevan Miller drinks before the playoffs.
@\TyAnderson (Ty Anderson, WEEI): I hope to someday like something as much as Torey Krug loves the Garden playing the Stone Cold theme song over the PA.
@AmalieBenjamin (Amalie Benjamin, NHL.com): Pasta bar tonight in media dining. So, you know. -prior to David Pastrnak's six-point game
