St. Louis Blues General Manager Alexander Steen announced the team has recalled forward Aleksanteri Kaskimaki from its AHL affiliate, the Springfield Thunderbirds.
Kaskimaki, 22, has dressed in six games for the Thunderbirds this season, scoring two goals and leading the team with five assists and seven points.
Drafted by the Blues in the third round, No. 73 overall, of the 2022 NHL Draft, the Espoo, Finland native has totaled 85 points (33 goals, 52 assists) and 20 penalty minutes in 133 career AHL regular-season games.
Kaskimaki appeared in five regular-season games with the Blues last season.
