St. Louis Blues General Manager Alexander Steen announced today the Blues have placed defensemen Logan Mailloux (right hand) and Tyler Tucker (lower-body, week-to-week) on injured reserve.
Mailloux underwent successful surgery on his right hand last Sunday and is scheduled to be re-evaluated in eight weeks. The procedure was performed by team physicians from Washington University Orthopedics.
Mailloux, 23, appeared in 67 regular-season games for the Blues last season, posting 13 points (five goals, eight assists) and 48 penalty minutes. The Belle River, Ontario, native was drafted by the Canadiens in the first round, No. 31 overall, of the 2021 NHL Draft and was acquired by the Blues via trade on July 1, 2025.
Tucker, 26, dressed in 69 regular-season games for the Blues last season, logging 17 points (three goals, 14 assists) and 81 penalty minutes. Overall, the Thunder Bay, Ontario native has played in 159 career regular-season games, totaling 30 points (eight goals, 22 assists) and 209 penalty minutes.
