What is the Sharks365 Ticket Exchange Program?

The Ticket Exchange Program is an exclusive Sharks365 Member benefit that allows members to customize their plan by moving tickets from game to game or returning tickets for account credit. Account credit can, in turn, be used toward the purchase of additional tickets or upgrades for any 2025-26 regular season home game.

How can I access the Sharks365 Ticket Exchange Program?

Sharks365 Members have exclusive access to the Ticket Exchange Program through account manager via a desktop computer or through the Sharks + SAP Center Mobile App presented by Western Digital.

How will I receive the value of the tickets I turn in for a game I do not wish to attend?

The value of tickets that are being returned and not immediately used will be converted to account credit, which can be used toward the purchase of seat upgrades, additional individual game tickets, group tickets, and/or single game suite rental for any 2025-26 regular season home game.

What can I apply my account credit toward?

Account credit can be applied toward seat upgrades, additional individual game tickets, group tickets, and/or single game suite rental for any 2025-26 regular season home game. For group tickets and suites please contact your Membership Services Account Executive. Please remember all ticketing inventory is available first come, first served.

Are there blackout dates?

There are no blackout dates! Please note that tickets are subject to availability, which means that there may be some games for which you may be unable to add tickets. To avoid a scenario in which you are unable to get tickets because of a sold-out game, we encourage you to complete your ticket exchanges and use of account credit as early as you can.

Can I use my account credit for any home game during the 2025-26 regular season?

Yes, however, ticket inventory is based on availability and on a first come, first served basis. We recommend applying account credit toward ticket purchases as soon as possible. Any unused account credit will expire at puck drop on April 11, 2026. As a reminder, account credit cannot be used toward non-ticket products, e.g., concessions, merchandise, etc., Stanley Cup Playoff ticket purchases, and/or any 2026-27 season ticket.

Can I use account credit toward ticket purchases on sjsharks.com, Ticketmaster, and/or TicketExchange by Ticketmaster?

Because account credit can only be applied through Account Manager, it will be unavailable for use toward purchases on made on sjsharks.com, ticketmaster.com and/or through TicketExchange by Ticketmaster. Rest assured, though, that your personal Membership Services Account Executive can assist you in finding the best available seats at your exclusive member rate AND applying account credit to tickets for games.

Are there any exclusions in using account credit?

Account credit can only be applied toward seat upgrades, additional individual game tickets, group tickets, and/or single game suite rental for regular season home games during the 2025-26 regular season. It cannot be applied to non-ticket related products, e.g., concessions, merchandise, etc., Stanley Cup Playoff ticket purchases, and/or any 2026-27 ticketing products, including Sharks365 membership payments.

Can I use my account credit for concession or Sharks Pro Shop purchases?

Currently, account credit can be applied toward seat upgrades, additional individual game tickets, group tickets, and/or single game suite rental for 2025-26 regular season home games. We will continue to explore other options for future seasons.

Can I add additional individual game tickets and upgrade my seats for games at my exclusive Sharks365 member rate?

Yes! As a Sharks365 Member you will always receive your exclusive member rate when adding individual game tickets and/or upgrading your seats for 2025-26 regular season home games.

When is the deadline to return my tickets for a game I do not wish to attend for account credit?

All tickets for games that you cannot attend must be returned 48 hours prior to puck drop. As an example, if you wish to return tickets for the game that starts at 7:30PM PST on a Wednesday, your tickets to that game must be returned by 7:30PM PST on Monday prior.

Would I receive the same value in account credit for each game I return using the Ticket Credit benefit?

No, the value of your seats will vary due to Club’s variable pricing model to determine pricing which depends on a variety of factors.

Can I apply my account credit balance or any unused account credit at the end of the season toward my balance due for my Sharks365 Member for the current 2025-26 season?

Account credit can only be applied toward seat upgrades, additional individual game tickets, group tickets, and/or single game suite rental for regular season home games during the 2025-26 regular season. As such, it cannot be applied to any 2026-27 ticketing products, including Sharks365 membership payments.
