Who can participate in Gold Drops?
All Preds fans who log in or create an app profile can participate in a Gold Drop! No matter where you’re located, Gold Drops are open to all fans who use the Nashville Predators app.
How do I know when a Gold Drop is happening?
A schedule of upcoming Gold Drops can be found in the Regions Vault of the Nashville Predators App. Fans who are subscribed to Team News or Promotional Offers push notifications will receive an alert when a Gold Drop is starting. Upcoming Gold Drops schedule can also be found at nashvillepredators.com/golddrops.
Can I participate in more than one Gold Drop, or more than one series within a Gold Drop?
Yes! Each Gold Drops feature a series of prizes, and fans are welcome to participate in every series.
How will I know if I win?
When the countdown timer runs out during a Gold Drop, a winner will be selected to receive a screen displaying the prize they won and how they will receive it. Winners will also receive a follow-up email from the Nashville Predators within two business days.
What happens if I miss the countdown or leave before it ends?
Your entry will not be accepted. Fans must remain in the Gold Drop lobby until the countdown timer runs out to be eligible to win the prize.
How do I receive my prize?
Winners will receive prize redemption instructions via email within two days following a Gold Drop.
