TORONTO -- Team Canada is headed to the final at the World Cup of Hockey 2016.
Tied 2-2 with Team Russia after two periods, Team Canada got third-period goals from Brad Marchand, Corey Perry and John Tavares to win 5-2 and advance to the best-of-3 World Cup final, which begins at Air Canada Centre on Tuesday (8 p.m. ET; ESPN, CBC, TVA Sports).
It was the 14th straight win in a best-on-best tournament for Canada, which won the gold medal at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics and the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
