With the Super Bowl just a day away, the Washington Capitals' picks are in.
Mostly. The Capitals posted a video on social media showing players' Super Bowl predictions as they got ready for morning skate Friday. Even though some players had questions about which teams were competing in the NFL championship, most players made a pick in the end. And then there is T.J. Oshie. The Capitals forward - a noted Seahawks fan - made a score prediction ("30 to 34") but never picked which team he thought would win ("I don't know who's winning").
Alex Ovechkin took a few seconds to think about his answer before asking which teams were playing in the big game. He then cracked a smile and predicted a Chiefs victory. All in all, eight Capitals picked the Chiefs to win and six picked the Eagles. Plus, the one who couldn't decide.
